Access to electronic resources has been extended wherever possible to all visitors to the Library. This includes students on licenced and validated courses at the University’s Partner Organisations*, external members of the Library, and Alumni. Previously visitors could only use the Library’s print collections.
Thousands of online books, journals and databases can be accessed via the library catalogue on 20 dedicated computers located around the library. No login is required.
However, not every resource can be made available to visitors and material cannot be printed or downloaded from the catalogue computers. Students and staff are therefore advised to log onto a public access computer, or to log onto the network using their own computer, to access electronic resources.
