Community Care Inform Adults: new resource for social work/policy

The Library now subscribes to two separate strands of the social work/policy database, Community Care Inform – these are: Community Care Inform Children and our latest addition, Community Care Inform Adults, in which the following themes are covered:

  • Care & Support
  • Disability
  • Family support
  • Management
  • Mental Capacity
  • Mental Health
  • Personalisation
  • Safeguarding
  • Practice Skills
  • Specialist Care

In both databases, you can browse or search the database for a wide range of materials including guides, case law and legislation.

Accessing Community Care Inform databases: please be aware: in order to connect and get full access to content, you might need to use a Firefox or Google Chrome browser rather than Internet Explorer.  Links are provided via both the Library Catalogue and Library Resources for Social & Policy Sciences.  After you click on a link, you will be provided with a username and password with which you will need to sign-in once you have entered the database.
