New resource: JoVE Essentials of Developmental Biology videos

The library is now subscribing to a collection of videos called Essentials of Developmental Biology provided by the Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE )

JoVE Essentials of Developmental Biology is part of JoVE’s Science Education collection which is aimed at teaching laboratory techniques. These videos provide “a brief history of developmental biology research and discuss the common lab techniques used to answer key questions asked by experts in this field” and cover developmental genetics, molecular developmental biology, stem cell biology, organogenesis, and aging and regeneration.

This collection enhances our access to JoVE Biology – the peer reviewed scientific video journal of over 1,000 experimental methods in biological research.

We will be reviewing the value of JoVE Essentials of Developmental Biology over the coming year and welcome your feedback.
