Nevertheless, a few of our Library colleagues would like to know if you are #missingthesnow too? If so, here are a few snowy snaps from Tamsin Reilly, David Stacey and Jennifer Wedge to help you recall January in the South West! If these make you shiver, remember you can borrow a blanket from the Library's Issue Desk to keep yourself cosy! #bathunilibrary #uniofbathlibrary #unibathlib #snow #snowday #letitsnow #snowmanWe love our library and wanted to share a throw back to what level 3 used to look like - loving the carpet tiles! 😍❤️ #throwbackthursday #valentines #bathunilibrary #uniofbathlibrary #ungrads #masters #bathcity #lovebath #library #university @uniofbath @thesubath @uniofbathcareers #unibathlibThe Library, working with Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity partners across campus, is celebrating @lgbthistorymonth with the addition of more than 30 books to Library stock! All the books purchased were suggested by members of the student LGBT+ group. The titles are all on display on Level 2 of the Library. When the new Library building opened on campus in February 1971, student volunteers (including those pictured) helped carry over 60,000 books and journal volumes to their new home! The glass fronted extension was added to our Library in 1996 and we became the first UK University Library to open 24/7. As of February 2019 we now have seats for 1,591 staff, students and visitors. Thank you all for your continuing support! 🌞 #archive #throwback #library #bathunilibrary #uniofbathlibrary #unibathlib #ungrads #masters #bathcity #lovebath #university @uniofbath #librariesareawesome #loveyourlibrary
